Anti Yeast

Whilst the only means by which to ultimately resolve a yeast condition is via the innate immune system itself, and specifically anti-candida IgA, there is often a need to inhibit yeast growth within the GI tract. Caprylic acid and garlic are well documented as natural anti-yeast agents and could be taken together or individually. The probiotic yeast S. Boulardii needs to be taken 2 hours or more away from these anti-yeast agents. It supports innate immunity and helps to counter the presence of yeasts such as candida, with the GI tract and in this way has been termed the “yeast vs yeast” probiotic.
